Min, Max and Home sensors feed the controller. Heater temperature and airflow remain on the existing heater controls. This app simulates motion; it does not connect to the machine or calculate tube temperature.

Arduino source and the Nextion integration guide are supplied separately in the Aetec engineering package. Use Export Arduino Recipe.h above to generate matching motion parameters.

Development assumptions

  • 4 mm screw lead, 200 motor steps/rev and 8× microstepping are configurable examples.
  • Bench motion stays disabled until the firmware commissioning flag is deliberately enabled.
  • Use a conditioned sensor interface and a buffered TB6600 interface; verify electrical levels and driver polarity.
  • Independent overtemperature protection and a hardwired stop circuit are required for the physical machine.

Motion concept and controls draft for engineering review.
